This series of Chip LED devices, from Kingbright, come in the standard PLCC packages with the same 3528 footprint. Available in a single colour, the Chip LED PLCC devices are suitable for all surface mount (SMT) assemblies and solder processes. Kingbright’s Chip LED PLCC LEDs are ideal for backlighting applications. The LEDs have a moisture sensitivity level 4.
