The RL78/I1D devices are 16-bit microcontrollers from the RL78 family that offer high performance for applications where low power consumption is key. Comprehensive power-saving modes mean that standby consumption of 0.7 μA can be achieved. RL78/I1D devices feature a set of enhanced peripherals that tailor them to sensor/detector applications. Peripherals include a 12-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), operational amplifiers and window comparators.
