Murata RCE Series Automotive MLCC Capacitors

RCE series monolithic ceramic (MLCC) capacitors that comply with AEC-Q200 and ISO7637-2 (surge test) standards required on-board. These RCE series MLCC capacitors have a C0G dielectric, a capacitance range of 1.0pF to 22μF, an operating temperature range of -55 to +125°C and can smooth power and remove noise while protecting against surges in automotive electronic control units. The RCE MLCC capacitor can be mounted to metal bars by welding and the CP (solder coated Fe) lead wire can be changed to a Cu lead wire if required. These RCE series monolithic ceramic (MLCC) capacitors are for use in automotive applications.

Conformally coated

C0G (NP0) Dielectric

Capacitors with stable and predictable characteristics over temperature and time, suitable for filtering, sample and hold and timing circuits where high Q and good stability are required.
