RS PRO 1 to 1.6 A Motor Protection Circuit Breaker
This motor protection circuit breaker (MPCB) from RS PRO safeguards your industrial electrical circuits from damage. It helps prevent overloading and short circuits by controlling and isolating a motor. For safety reasons, the component can be locked securely into the off position when not in use.
The short circuit protection offered by this product means that you don't need to add extra back-up fuse protection as long as your prospective fault level is less than the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. It can be used at temperatures of -25°C to +55°C when open or +40°C when closed, so you can use it in a wide range of industrial applications. MPCBs such as this one are typically found in manufacturing plants and on building sites.
