TeSyS LE - GV2 - LC

TeSys LE Enclosed DOL Motor Starter.


From Schneider Electric this is the TeSys LE series of enclosed D.O.L motor starters and soft starters (direct-on-line and star-delta starters) with up to 37 kW for motors up to 80 A (400 V). The TeSys LE range are compact motor starters, can be installed for local control and wall mounted quick and easy to use and simple to install plus are available in various solutions.

  • LE1, LE2 range: contactor + overload Relay Up to 37 KW.

  • Available in Reversing and Non-reversing starters

  • Conforms to standards IEC 60947-4-1

  • IP 65 degree of protection.

  • Ambient air temperature: operation from -5°C to +40 °C.

  • For supply voltages between 380 and 440 V the Control circuit is pre-wired between phases. For other supply voltages the control circuit must be wired by the customer.

  • Overload relay must be ordered separately except LE1M pre-configured range.

  • Operating positions are the same as contactors.

  • Enclosure is made from - LE2 K and LE D09-D35 in Polycarbonate, LE D40A-D65A in Sheet Steel.

    • D.O.L. Starters with a fuse disconnecting switch.


  • Direct on-line LE4, LE8 range fuse switch-disconnector + contactor + overload relay Up to 15 kW.

  • Available in Reversing and Non-reversing starters.

  • Conforms to standards IEC 60947-4-1.

  • IP 65 degree of protection.

  • Ambient air temperature: Operation from -5 to +40 C.

  • For supply voltages between 380 and 440 V the Control circuit is pre-wired between phases. For other supply voltages, the control circuit must be wired by the customer.

  • Enclosure is made from Polycarbonate.

    • D.O.L Starters enclosure for thermal magnetic circuit breaker and contactor.


  • LE1GV Enclosure for thermal magnetic circuit breaker + contactor Up to 5.5 kW.

  • Conforms to standards IEC 60947-4-1.

  • IP 55 degree of protection.

  • Enclosure is made from Polycarbonate

    • Star-delta starters.


  • Star-delta LE3 range contactors + overload relay Up to 30 kW.

  • Conforms to standards IEC 60947-4-1.

  • For supply voltages between 380 and 415 V the Control circuit is pre-wired between phases. For other supply voltages, the control circuit must be wired by the customer.

    These motor starters are available in a selection of formats. All have removable steel base plates for rigidity when mounting to an uneven surface and ease of earthing and wiring and an impact resistant polycarbonate front cover which is adaptable to enable the fitting of other components without drilling. Switching category is AC3 and the enclosures are IP65 rated.
