Looking for more than a basic voltage detector? Reach for this electrical tester from FLUKE – with one hand-held device, you can quickly measure AC current, voltage and frequency. There's no need to worry about fumbling with small alligator clips as the unit's open-fork design makes it a cinch to slide around conductors. It makes no metal-to-metal contact, so you're reliably protected against electric shocks. A backlit display lets you make light work of reading measurements in dark environments. If your workflow is interrupted, simply press the tester's hold button to temporarily freeze the screen for easy data recording.

Can I use this electrical tester to measure frequency?


While this versatile multimeter measures voltage, current and resistance, it doesn't measure frequency. For a similar device that does, choose the T6-1000 (146-2605).

Fluke T6-600 Electrical Tester


Using FieldSense Technology the T6-600 measures voltage up to 600 V ac through the open fork, without test lead contact to live voltage. Without opening covers or removing wire nuts. On wires up to AWG 4/0 (120 mm2), carrying as much as 200 A. Making measurement Safer. Faster. Easier.

Fluke T6 test equipment lets you check voltage, continuity and current with one compact tool. With the T6-600, all you have to do is select volts, ohms or current and the tester does the rest. OpenJaw™ current lets you check current up to 200 A without breaking the circuit. Its tough test leads stow neatly in the back of the tester.
