This RS PRO Series 100" Box Headers are a dual row shrouded header for use with dual row IDC female socket connectors. Our low profile, space saving design has a centre slot for the socket’s polarization bump. These RS PRO Headers are available in Straight PCB Mount, Right Angle PCB Mount and SMT Mounting. Plating options include choice of Gold, Tin or Selective Gold. SMT versions are manufactured with a Hi-Temp insulator.

These RS PRO PCB headers can make multiple electrical connections to a PCB using one connection block or cable. They are simple to use; solder a PCB header onto your board and you'll be ready to make connections to multiple pins. PCB headers are easy to understand and have one primary function of allowing wire-to-board which makes them make a great introduction to electronics.
