RS PRO 8500 rpm, 8700 rpm Bench Pillar Drill
This compact bench-mounted pillar drill from RS PRO helps you drill perfectly vertical holes more accurately than a handheld tool. It’s particularly well-suited to precision drilling of even the smallest holes and is extremely quiet.
Manufactured to exacting standards from die-cast aluminium and plated-steel, this bench drill is very durable. You can achieve speed settings of 1800, 4700 and 8500 rpm simply by changing the drive belt position. The adjustable depth gauge makes it easy for you to drill holes to exactly the right depth and an adjustable fence holds your work in place for more precision.
The included range of collet chucks helps you attach different drill sizes for greater accuracy in precision work. An included machine vice holds your work in place for improved accuracy. When it comes to the 85-Watt motor, safety and quality is assured with approval from the globally recognised VDE (Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker) standard.
