The Phoenix Contact function module is suitable for use within an Inline station, is designed to acquire and process fast pulse sequences from sensors. It features a counter input, a control input, and a freely parameterizable switching output, allowing for fast response times independent of the bus and controller. With four operating modes, 5 V or 24 V signal processing capabilities, and extended temperature range, it ensures reliable performance even in extreme ambient conditions.
