The Wachendorff configurable gateway enables communication between CANopen participants and a Profinet master. The DIN rail mounting and the plug-in screw terminals ensure quick and safe installation and problem-free wiring of the device. Thanks to the integrated switch, a multi-line structure is possible. With the free project planning software SW67607, the CAN IDs and the data length are defined for the bidirectional data exchange on the CANopen side, which are then assigned byte by byte on the Profinet side and vice versa. At the end of your configuration, you generate an XML device description file that you simply integrate into your Profinet configuration. The configuration is transmitted via Ethernet.
