The Microchip High side MOSFET power distribution switch enhances system reliability with 5% current limit accuracy. It operates within a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range, featuring internal current limiting and thermal shutdown for device and system protection. Available with active high or active low logic level enable inputs, it includes an open drain fault status output flag with a built in 32 ms delay that asserts low during overcurrent or thermal shutdown conditions.
