The Microchip High side load switch is designed to operate from 1.7V to 5.5V input voltage, featuring an internal 67mΩ RDSON P-Channel MOSFET that supports up to 2A of continuous current. It includes rapid turn-on for quick response and offers versions with slew-rate controlled soft-start turn-on options of 850μs or 120μs, preventing in-rush current from pulling down the input supply voltage.
