Honeywell Technologies Differential Pressure SensorBoard 6 SMT

This differential pressure sensor measures gauge and differential pressures for board-mounted systems, delivering a conditioned ratiometric analogue or 12-bit digital output for real-time pressure monitoring. It is designed for use with dry gases or, when specified, with non-corrosive liquids via a silicone-gel coating to enable wet/wet operation and condensation tolerance. The device operates from a low-voltage supply and is intended for Compact PCB integration where frequent update rates and calibrated temperature compensation are required.

Non-corrosive, non-ionic gases are supported on the dry-gas option and non-corrosive liquids are permitted when the liquid-media variant with silicone-based gel is selected.

The sensor is compensated and specified to meet performance over a compensated range of 0°C to 50°C while operating from −40°C to 85°C.

Outputs include a ratiometric analogue output or 12-bit digital via I2C or SPI with update rates of approximately 1 kHz analogue and 2 kHz digital.

It is supplied as an SMT board-mount device with six pins for PCB mounting and multiple port configurations including dual radial barbed ports.

The device offers high overpressure and burst ratings per range, Plus options for silicone-gel coating and fluorosilicone for enhanced wet-media compatibility.
