This piezoresistive pressure sensor is a Compact surface-mounted sensing device designed to measure low pressures from -60mbar up to 6kPa while operating in typical electronic systems. It works from a low supply voltage environment and is intended for integration where a small footprint and direct fluid coupling are required. The component mounts to printed circuit assemblies and connects to media via dual radial barbed ports for fluid interface.
