CRC Leak & Flaw Detector Spray, Penetrant, 500 ml Crick 120

This penetrant aerosol is a high-performance solution specifically designed for non-destructive testing of surfaces and structures. With a 500 ml canister, it is ideal for the effective detection of flaws and imperfections that may not be visible to the naked eye. The vivid red colour of the penetrant allows for easy identification of defects during inspection processes.

The surface should be thoroughly cleaned and degreased to remove rust, oil, and grease, ensuring optimal penetration. It is advisable to finish the cleaning process with CRC Crick 110.

Allow the penetrant to drain for about 10 to 20 minutes on the surface to ensure adequate penetration into any flaws.

The penetrant is sprayed on the inspected surface, followed by a developer that draws out the penetrant from imperfections, resulting in visible indications of any defects.

It is important not to use the aerosol below ambient temperatures of 10°C and to handle it in well-ventilated areas due to its solvent-based formulation.
