You can pair it with a contact block (such as 399-3567) and push button (such as 399-2946) from the M22 series when you're putting together a customised assembly for your setup. The light block has a white LED to alert operators of the machine or process status in manufacturing and electronics environments.

Where is the light from the block emitted?

The block emits light via an integrated LED. When housed inside a push button unit, the light shines through, illuminating the button head to indicate the on/off status of the equipment.
