Eaton RCD, 500A Rated Residual Making and Breaking Capacity, 230 to 400V AC Rated Voltage - PFIM Series - 235424 PFIM-25/2/003-A-MW

Put workplace safety in the hands of this MCB from Eaton. It protects electrical circuits by detecting differences between live and neutral currents and tripping faulty feeds to help prevent electric shocks. The 30mA trip sensitivity helps to guard against serious injuries. As the unit has slim dimensions of 80 (L) x 35 (W) x 76mm (H), it can easily squeeze onto densely-packed panels. Screw terminals firmly secure your wiring to curb accidental disconnections causes by impact or vibration. Reach for this versatile component whether you're working in an industrial, commercial or domestic setting.

Features & Benefits

• DIN rail mounting for speedy, tool-free installation

• Toggle switch clearly shows contact position

• IEC/EN 61008 compliance assures you this RCD has passed European quality and safety testing

At what temperatures can I use this RCD?

This RCD has a wide operating temperature range between -25°C and +55°C for use in challenging conditions.

What's the difference between an RCD and RCCB?

An RCD keeps electrical installations safe to prevent electric shocks and incorporates overload protection. An RCCB works like an RCD but without overload protection. It's more suitable for environments where the chances of electric shocks are limited.
