This space-saving, cost-effective safety switch is specifically designed for use with smaller machinery such as printers, copiers, and domestic machinery due to its unique miniature housing. It is the smallest in the industry at only 75mm x 25mm x 29mm and is designed to be fitted at the leading edge of hinge, sliding, and lift-off guards.

The 440K door interlocks provide reliable and secure electrical interlocking of the guard door to the machine’s control circuit. It can be operated by the insertion of a specially profiled key which is permanently fixed to the safety barrier. This switch has a conveniently rotatable head with dual entry slots, and can offer up to 8 different key entry points for optimal flexibility.

The 440K-E33040 has Break Before Make Action and 1NC/1NO Contacts. It has M16 conduit entry (or quick disconnect). It provides excellent durability as it is made of UL approved glass-filled PBT the actuator is stainless-steel. Actuator type is 90°. It has an operating temperature range of -20 to +80 °C (-4…+176 °F). This tongue interlock switch is environmentally sealed to IP67, ensuring that it is both water-tight and dust-tight.
