The DiodesZetex makes a Trench Super Barrier Rectifier(SBR) packaged in the robust industry-standard TO252 (DPAK) package, it provides very low VF and excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. It provides increased reliability against thermal runaway failure in high temperature operation. It is Lead, halogen and Antimony free and offers high reliability.

Maximum average rectified output current is 10 A Peak repetitive reverse voltage VRRM is 60 V and peak forward surge current IFSM is 140 A Forward voltage drop VF is 0.52 V, while the operating temperature range is from -55°C to +150°C
