Vishay 200V 6A, Rectifier Diode, 2-Pin P600 P600D-E3/54

The Vishay P600x are a series of general purpose plastic rectifiers in a P600 epoxy package. They are designed for general purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters and freewheeling diodes.
