This range of Schottky power rectifiers, from ON Semiconductor, use Schottky barrier technology within a power diode. These 3A rectifiers are Compact devices which are available in a range of different voltage options.
These Schottky power rectifiers come in an SMC surface mounted package with J-bend leads. The case is MADE from molded epoxy and it measures 7.94 x 5.84 x 2.13 mm. The external surfaces of the package are corrosion resistant.

What is it used for?
These Schottky power rectifiers are perfect for low voltage, high-frequency rectification. Alternatively, they can be used as freewheeling and polarity protection diodes. They are Ideal for applications where size and weight are important. Their rectangular package makes them suitable for automated handling.
