Infineon’s Single Rectifier Diode module (DZ Series) offers pressure contact technology on a 50mm isolated copper base plate. The PowerBlock module voltage ranges from 1200V to 1600 volts with a current rating up to 735A. Applications for this device include power supplies, soft starters and electric drives, they are industry standard hermetically sealed which helps prevent damage against high humidity environment areas.
