This sturdy, stainless-steel rotary switch is part of our tried-and-tested RS PRO range. As a single pole double throw (SPDT) on-on switch, it can be used to control up to two devices.

The product's stainless steel material delivers strength, durability and excellent corrosion resistance, meaning it can last for up to 50,000 cycles. This switch has an IP67 above-panel rating for total protection against dust and sand and can function when submerged for up to half-an-hour underwater. The switch position is indicated clearly by an arrow and illuminated by a green LED. Along with its front-panel mounting capability, it has quick-connect terminals that can be soldered. It's supplied with a nut and panel-sealing O-ring for fast and secure installation.

This switch conforms to the European and international standards for impact protection. You'll find rotary switches used in industrial controls and with medical equipment.
