RS PRO Thermowell for Use with PT 100 + 10K3A1 Thermocouple, RoHS Compliant Standard

This thermowell from RS PRO is designed as a sensor pocket to make installing thermocouple temperature probes simple and convenient. It can be used together with TT-541 & TT-542 sensors in most air-conditioning control systems. The sensor pocket protects the thermocouple and means you can replace the probes without draining the circuit.

The thermowell is made from strong and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It's fitted with a grub screw probe fixing for easy replacement. Measuring 10 mm in diameter, it fits onto a half-inch female British Standard Pipe (BSP) gas connection. This sensor pocket is able to operate at a range of temperatures from -50˚C up to +200˚C and is RoHS compliant, so it contains only minimal levels of hazardous substances.

In addition to being a common component in air conditioning control systems, thermowells are also typically found in refineries and petrochemical plants.
