Brad from Molex Straight Male M12 to Free End Sensor Actuator Cable, 2m Length, 3A - 1200650964

For speedy data transfer between your sensors and equipment, choose this weatherproof Brad from Molex cable. One end has an M12 connector and the other end is unterminated, so you can customise it to suit the needs of your system. The cable has a polyurethane jacket, which provides protection from electric shocks, as well as resistance to oils and abrasion. A sensor actuator cable like this one is frequently used with transducers, switches and proximity sensors.

• Operating temperature range of -20°C to +85°C for use in demanding environments

• IP68 (ingress protection) rating means it's dust-tight and able to withstand 30 minutes immersion in 1.5m of water

What are the dimensions of the male connector?

The male connector has an overall length of 51.31mm and the overall diameter of the knurled barrel is 14.48mm. On the unterminated end, the wires have an overall length of 38.1mm.

Is the cable shielded?

No – this cable is unshielded, which minimises its size and makes it flexible.

Single Ended Leads

2 metre length leads supplied in 4 or 5 way versions with straight, 90°, or 90° PNP LED connectors incorporating an M12 anti-vibration, corrosion and weld splatter resistant coupling nut. Three cable options are available:

PVC - for general purpose, low cost applications

PUR - for chemical resistance - especially to cutting and other lubricating oils

SJTO - constructed from oil and flame resistant PVC materials and a braided screen, it is physically robust and gives extended life in applications where the cable may be subject to abrasion, crushing and weld splatter

All cables have a conductor csa of 0.34mm²
