Ruland Shaft Collar One-piece Clamp Screw
The Ruland two-piece shaft collar has dimensions of 28mm bore, 48mm OD and 15mm width. It is made from 1215 carbon steel bar with hot process black oxide, impregnated with naphthenic oil and centrifugally dried finish. Equipment manufacturers benefit from the tightly controlled face to bore perpendicularity (TIR of ≤ 0.05mm) which is critical for the alignment. It is stamped with the Ruland name and bore size for ease of identification. The collar has a clamp screw of M6x16 dimension.
