As MOSFET Relays do not have mechanical contacts, by using a MOSFET instead of an electromechanical relay, it is possible to eliminate switching noise in your applications. Comparing with the triac, MOS FET greatly reduces the dead zone. The input waveform of micro analog signal does not suffer distortion as it does with a triac and is basically converted into output waveform without distortion.
