You can use this RS PRO stainless-steel straight nipple joint to connect two other fittings in your gas or plumbing system. It's a short pipe with male pipe threads at each end connecting the fittings.

The plug is made from 316-grade stainless-steel material to ensure strength and resistance to corrosion, mechanical damage and high temperatures. It also has an external tapered pipe thread which makes it ideal for use in high-pressure applications.

This product complies with the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) B16.11 specifications for fittings and pipework so you can be sure the nipple joint will fit standardised components. It also meets Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) criteria to ensure it includes only minimal amounts of any harmful materials. You can see stainless-steel nipple joints used in a variety of natural gas and plumbing systems as well as in chemical plants and oil refinery sites.
