The Phoenix Contact Surge Protection Device is a space-saving and cost-saving solution for surge protection in MCR applications. With a narrow overall width of just 6 mm, it provides continuous monitoring of protective devices and comes with a mechanical status indicator with optional remote signaling. This surge protection device is suitable for safety-related circuits up to SIL 3 and has a nominal voltage of 48 V DC. It offers impedance-neutral insertion and removal of protective plugs, ensuring that the signal is not influenced during maintenance work.
