Nomex Thermal Insulation, 304 mm x 200 mm x 0.25 mm


This Nomex thermal insulation paper offers high inherent dielectric strength and mechanical toughness, so it's a resilient choice for demanding industrial environments. As it's calendared – meaning it's been smoothed and compressed – it has a lightweight and durable finish. Resistant to heat and flames, this flexible thermal insulation sheet is suitable for use in high-temperature environments.

Insulation systems that use this paper have a lifetime of over 20,000 hours at +220ºC. As well as improving the average lifetime of electrical appliances, the paper reduces the likelihood of damage and protects machines in case of electrical overload and temperature spikes.

The sheets are flame-retardant and offer high resistance to chemicals and solvents, making them ideal for use in a variety of electrical equipment found in factories. The durability of the insulation paper means that it holds its integrity even after the most severe mechanical shocks. It's also resistant to extremely low temperatures, humidity and radiation.
