0603 TFPT Series Linear PTC
A range of high stability thin-film linear PTC thermistors from Vishay in Compact SMT packages. The devices have an alumina substrate base with nickel based PTC thin film resistive element and provide high stability and repeatability over a wide temperature range.
• Temperature coefficient +0.41%/°K at 25°C
• Operating temperature range - 55 to +150 °C
• Available in 5% or close tolerance 1% versions
• Compact 0603 size SMT package
