The calibration of Prove Thermometer should be part of your regular checks. You can either do it yourself by inserting the Probe into boiling water (depending on the Probe type) and review the reading or crushing the ice to check the low part temperature. We are recommending calibrating the unit annually by a professional body like us as we are providing the service.
