The OPTIBELT ZR series of DH profile double sided timing belts top layer consists of a flexible high quality chloroprene compound, the extremely flexible tension cords made of glass fibre and the abrasion-resistant protective fabric. The teeth are made of a shear and wear resistant rubber compound vulcanised to form a unit with the belt back. A certain level of oil, heat and cold resistance are standard features of ZR timing belts.
