Each ARM can turn on or off independently and each ARM can point in the desired direction. The light output is 30 to 250 Lumens per ARM or 30 to 500 Lumens for the entire neck lamp. The variable intensity is a unique feature for a neck torch that allows you to set exactly the needed brightness for maximum lighting comfort.
