Vishay TVS Diode

The Vishay SMF DO-219AB package, surface mount ESD protected unidirectional TVS diode is a voltage suppressor with a stand-off voltage rating of 15V and reverse breakdown voltage of 16.7V. It has a maximum peak pulse current rating of 8.2A.
