The Alpha Wire Communication and control cable is a versatile and reliable cable designed for various communication and control applications. This cable consists of four conductors, each with a conductor size of 20 AWG. Each conductor is made of tinned copper and is constructed with 7 strands, totalling 28 individual wires. The diameter of each conductor is approximately 0.038 inches. The insulation around each conductor is made of PVC and has a nominal wall thickness of 0.016 inches. Each conductor is color coded for easy identification using the Alpha Wire Color Code D. All four components are cabled together with a minimum of 4.8 twists per foot. The components are arranged from the INSIDE LAYER to the OUTSIDE LAYER.
