The ON Semiconductor NCP81295 are 50 A, electronically re−settable, in−line fuses for use in 12 V, high current applications such as servers, storage and base stations. The NCP81295 offers a very low 0.65 m integrated MOSFET to reduce solution size and minimize power loss.
