ROHM's 500mA fixed output secondary LDO regulators with shutdown switch for local power supplies features an output voltage accuracy of ±1% and low saturation. The shutdown switch enables a circuit current of 0uA during shutdown. The wide lineup includes a number of package types and output voltages, such as TVs, HDDs, PCs, and DVD players. In addition, multiple protection circuits are integrated (i.e. overcurrent, thermal shutdown), providing a high level of reliability.
