The ROHM TO220FP-3 package 3-pin LDO regulator is a new age device with an output voltage rating of 6V and current rating of 1A. It has an input voltage supply rating of 16V maximum.

• Built-in thermal shutdown circuit

• Dropout voltage at maximum current is 500mV
