The Microchip MCP1799 device is high voltage (Vin) automotive low-dropout (LDO) regulator. It is capable of generating 80 mA output current. The MCP1799 device comes in two standard fixed output voltage versions: 3.3V and 5.0V.

Extended Working Temperature Range: -40C to 150C
