The DiodesZetex 1 A low dropout adjustable and fixed-mode regulator with enable & PG includes pass element, error amplifier, band-gap reference, current limit and thermal shutdown circuitry. The device is turned on when EN pin is set to logic high level. It has C9B identification code.
Power-good (PG) output for supply monitoring and for sequencing of other supplies
Thermal shutdown protection
Ambient temperature range from -40°c to +85°c
Available in “green” molding compound
