The Microchip cost-effective voltage supervisor devices from TC1270A series are designed to keep a microcontroller in Reset until the system voltage has reached and stabilized at the proper level for reliable system operation. These devices also operate as protection from brown-out conditions when the system supply voltage drops below a safe operating level. These devices are optimized for fast responses to negative-going changes in VDD. The device is fully static and passed automotive AEC-Q100 reliability testing. The device offers manual reset input and, no glitches on outputs during power-up.
