Square Body Fuses

Square Body Fuses are extremely reliable very quick-acting fuses used for the protection of semiconductor devices. The high-speed fuses are specifically designed to protect sensitive devices such as SCRs, thyristors, and diodes. They work by minimizing peak current let-through and arc voltages.

How do you mount a square body fuse?

These fuses feature a threaded hole through the centre of their casing. This allows the fuse to be conveniently screwed into place without the need for special fuse holders.

What size High-Speed Square Body Fuse types are available?

Our fuses are available in a range of sizes ranging from 30, 31, 32, and 33.

Fuse ratings

Our fuses are available in current ratings ranging from 80 amps to 900 amps.

Fuse application categories

The application category of a fuse is denoted by a two-digit code. Fuses are marked with letters that denote their characteristic or application. The first letter will be lower case, this indicates the breaking range. The second letter will be in the upper case and indicates the characteristics.
