High reliability and low ESR with a long life of up to 4000 hours at 125°C

Capacitance Value of 220μF with a rated voltage of 50V ensures excellent performance

Leakage current is maintained at a maximum of 0.08μA after application of rated voltage

Capacitance change remains within ±30% of the initial Value under specified conditions
