RS PRO EPDM Black Edging Strip, 20 m x 24 mm x 8.6 mm
Need to protect the sharp ends of your metal sheeting? This edging strip from RS PRO can act as a shielding barrier by absorbing vibration, so it reduces wear and prevents damage to items like car doors and machine panels.
Thanks to its extremely durable EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber construction, the strip can withstand abrasion and regular movement without ripping. It features an embedded metal insert that creates additional force to secure the strip in place. The grooved profile means you can easily install it by pressing it into place with your hand.
This product is Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant, meaning it contains only minimal levels of any harmful materials. You can use seals like this one as a lining for container openings, reducing the risk of injury from sharp metal edges.
