SST25PF040C Serial SPI SuperFlash® Memory
The SST25PF040C family of devices from Microchip are SuperFlash® Memory ICs featuring a four-wire SPI-compatible interface. These Flash Memory Chips operate with a single power supply of 2.3V to 3.6V.
Through the use of SuperFlash® technology these devices offer exceptional erase times that compare very favourably to other Flash memory alternatives. Sector and block erase commands are typically completed in 40 ms and 80 ms respectively, with full chip erase operation taking a typical 250 ms.
