How do I secure the lid of this enclosure?

Simply screw the lid on to secure it. To cut down on installation time, it comes with four stainless steel machine screws that fit into factory-tapped holes and are held by internal posts.

Can I mount this enclosure to a wall?

Yes. Thanks to the through-box, blind-hole construction, wall mounting is a piece of cake without risk of damaging the gasket.
