Are your measuring, communication and control devices at risk from the elements? Put a lid on unprotected installations with this enclosure from Hammond. It's made from die-cast aluminium to give you strong housing that's resistant to corrosion. As this material is light, the box weighs in at just 620g, so it's a good option for wall-mounting your instrumentation. There are flanges with pre-drilled holes on each side of the lid, making installation easy. An overlapping joint between the box and lid boosts protection to an IP54 level, so dust and water splashes won't get in. This clever design also shields the contents from EMI and RFI.
