The laser diode driver designed for CW operation of laser diodes. It features peak value controlled laser current control for operation up to 155 MHz. The driver offers spike-free switching of laser currents up to 300 mA and allows for setting laser power via external resistor. It also supports optional current control and laser current limitation. With its low current consumption sleep mode, the driver is suitable for battery-powered applications.
