From Telemecanique Sensors this is the XCSTE series of safety solenoid interlock switches providing you with the solution when running machinery and a guard or door stays closed. Interlock switches protect machine operators by stopping the equipment when the door or guard opens by withdrawing the actuator attached from the switch head. The XCSTE solenoid interlock switch is ideal for use with light duty industrial machines with a low rundown time.

Suitable for interlocking small moveable guards (EN1088, EN60204, EN292)

2 positive opening contacts as standard, on guard opening

1 N/C positive internal control contact operated by the solenoid

Key operated lock to allow authorised override of solenoid

Solenoid continuously rated 10VA, voltage limits -20 / +10% (including ripple on d.c.)

Turret heads can be rotated through 360° in 90 steps

8 actuator entries and 1 tapped entry

Contact rating 10VA (Solenoid continuously rated)

15N minimum operating force for positive opening

IP67 rating
